Untuk mengikuti program PTC, PTR kan harus mengikuti syarat2 yang berlaku di masing-masing penyedia, seperti PTR lebih melihat kualitas blog kita melalui PR, jumlah visitor, dan lain-lain. Dulu saya tidak masalah apa-apa ketika mengikuti PTR menggunakan IP Indonesia. Jadi masalah IP indonesia bukan salah satu faktor utama PTC, PTR di tolak. Coba baca-baca lagi di blog ahlinya Internet Marketing. :) Semestinya ketika konek ulang, modem tetap bisa connected. coba lihat errornya keluar apa terus coba di Googling..
